I am Sergeant Rodriguez, a proud active-duty Marine Corps recruiter based in Louisville, Kentucky. Became a Marine in 2017 and Served with 1st Maintenance Battalion as a Motor Transportation Wrecker Operator and at Edson Range for MCRD San Diego for as a Primary Marksmanship Instructor where I trained over 900 recruits on the fundamentals of Marksmanship specializing in short and long range engagements. Now I specialize in guiding motivated individuals toward life changing opportunities in the Marines.

As a recruiter, I focus on leadership, discipline, and helping others achieve their goals, whether through education, career growth, or personal development. My mission is to make Marines and inspire the next generation of leaders while serving my community and country with honor.

Beyond my role in the Marine Corps, I’m a dedicated husband and father to three amazing children, including one with autism. My family inspires me every day to lead by example, whether at home or in the field.

In my downtime, I enjoy working on creative side hustles like laser engraving, wood working, 3d printing, riding motorcycles and video games.
