My passion for tech is one my greatest motivations but a genuine aspiration to help build up Africa into a key future global player is truly what drives my relentless pursuit for excellence. I’m a self-starter who doesn’t expect something from nothing or wait for things to happen but rather an independent thinker who believes in the integrity of hard work and taking calculated risks.
In my many years of experience working with reputable global giants such as Lufthansa and Spintelligent in customer support and business development roles, I acquired the necessary know-how to equip myself with sufficient to make a natural transition into full-time entrepreneurial roles and pursue my vision of providing innovative, creative and technological solutions that are relevant to the continent but scalable beyond.
As an entrepreneur, I have diverse business interests and currently I am Founder of Synapses Creatives (creative agency); 3cdesk (smart integrative system for communication contact centres); and co-founder of Mercci (intelligent accommodation solution for the hospitality industry). With each new entrepreneurial endeavor, I am continuing to learn and grow to be adaptable and flexible in adopting new technologies and tailoring their application to meet the demands of the African market in particular.
Building great products with outstanding features has always been my goal but as I continue to expand, my desire is to also establish sustainable customer-centric businesses with great corporate cultures that serve the market, customers, and employees equally. My inherent determination to make every project or business I’m involved in a success is what informs my strategic approach and goal orientation.
I value well-meaning collaborative partnerships and always keep an open mind or an eye out for mutually beneficial professional relationships.
