A young girl who willing to learn and share. She has a 'bring-it-on' attitude and a smile on her face which encourages her participants to express themselves.She attended many conferece such as ( SUMMIT CONFERECE), JUNIOR LEADER CONFERECE (JLC) many other. She is certified trainer from School of Leadership). She worked in School of leadership as` a Project head of Debate hunt.

Her unique experiences include having facilitated in many Conferces. She work on the different event projects.She is working for the AGA KHAN DEVELOPING NETWORK in local concil board (plrr). Where is conducting the confernces, seminars for them.

Her has specialized in the areas of Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Leadership, Creativity, Analytical thinking, Self Awareness, Team Building,Relationship,Passion.

She believes in Passion. She says :

Life is one and final game which is given by Almighty Allah .So why doesn't live this beautiful life with the passion and courage. Passion is the thing which satisfies people. Why should walk on the already given paths. Made the new paths for your own self and show your passion and courage.

He brings 21 years exposure to her workshops. The aspiration to inspire, to create awareness,to tell the youth life is just not about to live its about to live with passion which is the theme of SPECTRA also which is one day conferece. Shabina Altaf is the founder of SPECTRA which conduct for the youth twice a time in a year.
