Shadene White

Currently i am working within a Healthcare Agency for Allied Healthcare Group, My duties involve recruiting candidates for care in the community and ensuring that they are compliant to work. I conduct Supervisions and Appraisals for all care staff to ensure they feedback on our clients wellbeing and to promote good standards of working relations. I started my current position in March 2011 after returning from a year travelling in South East Asia and Australia, this trip was incredible and i feel i gained lots of life experiences throughout that year. Previous to my travelling i worked at MAC Cosmestics for 3 years, i have a real passion for creating face art and feel i excelled in this field, and continue to do so in my spare time and at weekends. As you will probaly see from my CV, i have had lots of experience within lots of different fields, especially travel where i feel my passion really lies. Therefore to me a job within the travel industry but still close to my friends and family is what i know i will enjoy doing week in and week out. Shadene White
