Extreme Personal Expierences of the founders lead to the formation of Bumads Foundation which is an Advocacy organisation focussing on various issues we have major challenges with.

I am driven by the need for change as personally expierenced in Youth Employment (@EmployedYouth) and Youth Unemployment (@UnemployedY) through participation in policy and dicision making locally, nationally, regionally and globally.

Issues regarding the Environment is equally important to me as a leader of tomorrow I/we need to understand the critical role we must play in major environmental/climatechange platforms.

With my MtDNA of +100 000 knowing my Indigenous History and Status was the most important dicovery of my live. Our history as Indigenous People and expierences of dispossession, marginilizarion, oppression and exclusion from mainstream politics, economic and social participation are dealt with in detail in our Social Media sites @IndigenousY, @IndigenousP, @IndigenousW and @FirstNationSA dedicated for this purpose.

My interest in Government and Governance is based on the understanding that if I want change I need to be with changemakers, influence decisions and participate in processes to effect change, further to this, these changes are influenced by the MDGs, SDGs, Post2015 and various agenda's associated to this.
