Shaena Montanari

I have a PhD in Comparative Biology from the Richard Gilder Graduate School at the American Museum of Natural History. My research focuses on conservation ecology and paleoecology of vertebrates, ranging from dinosaurs to tigers. I am interested in using quantitative techniques to look at dietary ecology of animals in need of conservation. Additionally, I am interested in seeing how dietary preferences can be reconstructed in fossil and modern organisms, and in turn using this information to assess the impact of climate change on their feeding ecology and diversity.
