I am a skilled professional in the field of Procurement with experience of Procurement following the PPRA Sindh and World Bank Guidelines. I have vast experience of procuring the services of individuals & firms for providing consultancy supports using different procurement methods including CQS, QCBS, Competitive, Single Sourcing etc. Also have wide procurement experience of goods following the World Bank procurement Guidelines for Goods and Non Consulting Services. I have worked in the software industry and developed many websites for vendors such as stray boots, Joe-Hilton, Palms hotels etc. also developed an in house application for Education department for data entry and reporting and transferred the Years old system from Access to PHP.
