His leadership skills are evident in his involvement with numerous extracurricular programs, such as the Accelerated Study Associate Programs (ASAP), Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the Urban Male Leadership Academy (UMLA) under the Black Male Initiative (BMI), and the National Society of Leadership and Success Honor Society (NSLS). He also served as the Secretary Officer of the Accounting Club while a student at Borough of Manhattan Community College.
