Shah Fariq Aizal Sha Ghazni

Shah Fariq Aizal Sha Ghazni graduated from Saint Michael's Institution, Ipoh, Perak, before pursuing further studies at Canning College, Perth, Australia, and Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, majoring in Computer Security. He later completed his MBA at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

He began his corporate career at Boustead Holdings Berhad before co-founding Collarwork.io (formerly HAUZ), a productivity software platform designed to help blue-collar teams work smarter, operate with greater clarity, and improve operational efficiency.

Today, he leads Ipoh Security Sdn. Bhd., a family-owned private security agency established in 1976 and one of Malaysia’s pioneering firms in the private security industry, with a strong presence nationwide and business networks across the Asia-Pacific. His focus spans armed security, licensed security personnel, surveillance, and risk solutions, combining operational excellence with technological innovation.

Shah is also dedicated to empowering the next generation of SME family-business leaders through his professional networks and associations. He champions reforms in Malaysia’s business and SME landscape, including progressive wages, upskilling security professionals, modernization of blue-collar industries, and fair protections for foreign workers.

In the political arena, Shah builds inclusive platforms for business leaders and professionals through MUDA and regional NGOs, advancing policies that strengthen SMEs and expand opportunities for young and diverse leaders.
