As a seasoned technical management professional, I have extensive experience in community building, politics, entrepreneurship, startups, technology, and security. I co-founded a productivity software company that was later rebranded as collarwork.io. Additionally, I serve as a committee member of the Asia Pacific Security Association Malaysia Chapter, the leading professional association for security practitioners in the Asia region.

Currently, I am the Director at our family-owned private security firm, Ipoh Security, where I have been instrumental in driving the company's growth. I also serve as a country representative for IRI's Generation Democracy (GenDem), a global network of young leaders dedicated to promoting democratic values and fostering civic engagement. GenDem provides a unique platform for me to collaborate with like-minded individuals from around the world, working together to drive positive change and shape the future of democracy.

Beyond my professional roles, I hold a political position in the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (MUDA), a youth-led political party where I advocate for progressive policies and meaningful reforms that prioritize the needs of the people.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) and a Bachelor of Information Technology with a major in computer security from Edith Cowan University (Australia). I am an alumnus of Canning College, Perth, Australia, Perth Institute of Business and Technology (PIBT), Australia, and SMK St. Michael's Ipoh.

My leadership style is centered on collaboration, involving everyone from the ground up. I am driven by a relentless pursuit of innovation and growth, always encouraging fresh ideas and initiatives. This approach fosters a culture of teamwork and progress, where every voice matters.
