share market?

everyone wants invest money in share market and other various instrument like mutual , insurance , gold , silver , real estate etc.to raise money.without taking knowledge this instrument are risky.now we are starting lecture of share market and technical analysis which is helpfull to all students working professional and house wives.its not compulsion in mba in finance and CA CS.all educated n uneducated arts sciene commerce are also do invest in share market with little knowldege.first of all i will start first basic lecture of share market.

what is share market?

company divided equal part of his capital called share. if u buy share ur the owner and partner of every profit and loss.

three types of company are available in share market

1 large cap(capital)

2 mid cap

3 small cap

Large capital company

large cap company has a large capital like relience industries, tata groups, state bank of india, hdfcbank,icici bank,bharat heavy electrical ltd etc is a larget cap and well known famous company in india many people in india are knwn in this company.if u invest in this comapny u will owner n partner of company .

2 midcap company

midcap comapny is greater then small cap n less then large cap company.mid cap company are called mid size comapny like apollo tyre, housing devlopement and infratructure, vip industries,etc

3 small cap company has small capital .

note: before u invest money first of all investor are well known of company which u want to invest .thing remember about the company :-

buisness model of comapny:- before investing valueble amount first of all investor should knowldege about buisness model of comapny.buisness model means what company made product ? what is the market capital of comapny,who is the promotors of company? today many sites ar available to information about company sites name is moneycontrol.com, nseindia.com, bseindia.com etc.
