As an Managing Partner with 5+ years of experience in to E-mail and Social Media Marketing within the Service Industry and experience into recruitment functions. Conducted several e-mail marketing campaigns successfully. Worked with HR Software and contributed to its successful implementation within the entire organization.

Until recently the recruitment functions handled via the HR software were Employee payroll, self-service portal and leave software. A Specialist at and with a strong knowledge base of Business analysis, Market Research, Lead Generation, Marketing Solution & Services Creation and Project Execution, E-mail Marketing, Social Media Marketing, MS Access and Excel including Database Building. In addition to this I have extensive experience with CRM strategies and Data collection, Data Mining & validation from different Sources.

According to colleagues I’m a friendly and fun to work with and if help is required I do my level best to fix any recruitment, IT and e-mail marketing related problems that arise in a calm manner. The tasks allotted to me are conducted within the specified dead - lines as I ensure that the team meets them. When conducting e-mail campaigns I track and analyses direct and interactive marketing campaigns. With the help of statistical analysis and activity reports I create campaigns. And successfully co-ordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity and security of databases. I enjoy music, for leisure I play Cricket and I’m also passionate about travelling.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, having a Hubspot Inbound certification and managed projects like Pocket HCM, HRMS, Hubspot and V-Tiger CRM.
