I’m Shahid Hammad Khan Lodhi, a passionate student of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at GC University, Sahiwal, Pakistan. I am deeply interested in the science of health, diet, and wellness, and I aim to use my knowledge to help communities live healthier and more balanced lives.

I proudly belong to the historic Lodhi Dynasty and am recognized as the 16th descendant of Sultan Bahlol Khan Lodhi, the founder of the Lodhi rule in Delhi. This heritage instills in me a strong sense of identity, leadership, and a responsibility to live a life guided by purpose, knowledge, and integrity.

My family has upheld this legacy for generations.

  • My father, Maroof Ahmad Khan Lodhi, is a respected landowner in Punjab.
  • My grandfather, Abdul Rauf Khan Lodhi, was widely known in Sahiwal for his honesty, dignity, and moral character.
  • My great-grandfather, Haji Ahsan Muhammad Khan Lodhi, lived in the prominent village of Basi Joran Wali (now in India), where he was revered as “Rais-e-Azam”, the chief landholder and community leader. His residence still stands today, and his name is engraved at the entrance — a legacy even mentioned in Lodhi historical records.

Outside academics, I enjoy learning about history, health science, and cultural identity. I’m always exploring ways to grow, contribute, and connect with like-minded individuals who value heritage as much as they value progress
