Hello, I'm Shahraaz Nagra!
Biography:
I'm an amateur golfer from Toronto, living, training and teaching in Brampton, Ontario. I am a huge fan of Golf, self improvement, and cars. I played at the highest level of Canadian soccer my whole life and I also watch basketball with a passion haha! Background Information:
I grew up in Toronto, Ontario where I played soccer for 14 years and travelled to Mexico, Chile, USA and England to showcase my abilities. An ankle injury halted my career so I started training in Mixed Martial Arts to focus my mind on different aspects of life. Covid-19 ultimately ruined that and I discovered Golf. I quickly climbed the ranks of Golf by training 8-9 hours every single day with some of the best golfers/coaches in Canada.
Present Information:
I hope to continue my Golf journey in a Division 1 university/college in the USA. My current handicap index per Golf Canada is a 3.9. I hope to play in a couple PGA Of Canada Mackenzie Tour events next year in preparation for a transfer to a Division 1 Golf School in the USA.
Lifelong Goals:
My goal in life is to be a lifelong learner who makes a difference in the world every single day. As well as to play and finish in the Top 10 of the USA Amateur Golf Tournament before going pro!
Call To Action:
I truly believe my Call To Action is to help other using the resources that hard work and parents have provided me. By breaking racial and cultural barriers in the game of Golf, I hope to expand the sport for people all over the world and let them enjoy the thing that I love most!
