Shahrzad Kolahdooz

Having studied bachelor’s in Software Engineering and currently studying Artificial Intelligence at Centennial College, and as a former ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher with 10 years of experience in teaching adults and supervising teachers, I have gained a lot of management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I have a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from EC-Canada. I now work as an ML (Machine Learning) developer and researcher at WIMTACH. With my teammates at Wimtach, we have successfully built a recommender system and a model predicting blood pressure from ECG. I am seeking to combine those skills with my academic knowledge and background to boost my research and programming skills, and to use my passion and proven analytical problem-solving ability to be a successful ML developer.
