Shahvand Aryana possesses experience in many areas of business. He has established partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies in Nevada, Delaware, and California. Shahvand Aryana has had a hand in corporate mergers, reorganizations, and complex sales of stock and assets. A seasoned financier, the California-based businessman also has negotiated and supplied venture funding and bridge loans. Likewise, he has drafted and issued various financial instruments, from convertible promissory notes to subscription agreements.

Today, Shahvand Aryana owns and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Aryana Management Group, LLC. He sets the strategic course for the company, which currently has real estate developments underway in Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, and Nevada. It also operates outside the United States, in China, the Middle East, and Mexico. Mr. Aryana directs its operations, emphasizing quality, customer service, cost controls, and efficiency. Throughout, his goal remains to generate growth and increase profitability.

Early in his career, Shahvand Aryana owned Golden State Poppy Flowers, Inc., where he oversaw national marketing, sales, and logistics. Around the same time, he began purchasing and renovating commercial, industrial, and residential properties. In 1990, he founded Gift Concepts, Inc., which produces gift items and specialty goods. Its body products are carried by retailers like Stater Brothers.

Apart from his professional responsibilities, Shahvand Aryana is involved with several nonprofit organizations. He supports the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, American Jewish League for Israel, and the Israel Cancer Research Fund. He also maintains ties to Habitat for Humanity, which builds homes in impoverished neighborhoods
