Shai Stern

Shai Z. Stern serves as the CEO of Vintage Filings, a PR Newswire company which serves over 4500 public companies that are listed on Nasdaq, NYSE, Amex and OTC. Vintage Filings was acquired in April 2007 by PR Newswire. Mr. Stern was formerly a Vice President at American Stock Transfer Company where he initiated public company relationships and was responsible for outstanding share balances of over 2,000 publicly held companies. Mr. Stern was instrumental in the growth of AST Stock Plan which administered stock options and stock benefit plans to 500 public company clients before being bought by Citibank.

Shai Stern also sits on the board of governors for the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation.
