A director of product continuous improvement at Delta Faucet Company, Sha-Ki Johnson prepared for his career by earning a bachelor's degree in marketing from Miami University. Upon graduating, Sha-Ki Johnson served as a marketing inside sales analyst at Eckerd Corporation, where he began a lifelong pursuit to hone his project management and quality-oversight skills.

In 1998, Sha-Ki Johnson fulfilled the positions of a project lead assistant manager at Delphi Corporation and a quality engineer and production coordinator at Akebono Corporation. During this period, he also achieved a master of business administration from Ashland University. In 2005, he joined Toyota Motor Manufacturing as a group leader in quality control, and he continued to fulfill quality-control and management roles at the company until 2012. To advanced his training, he also earned a master of science in operations management and a master of science in manufacturing management from Kettering University.

Mr. Johnson has worked at Delta Faucet Company since 2012. Today, he furnishes strategic leadership with the goal of reducing costs and boosting operational efficiency. Over his career, he has maintained a commitment to ongoing education, and in addition to the above degrees, he holds Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and AIM Change Management Certification, among other accreditations.
