I am a graduate of the University of Delaware where I received my Bachelor of Science in Political Studies and Philosophy with a Minor in Women Studies and a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. A frequent speaker on automobile insurance issues, I am also a past President for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the YWCA. My Bar admissions include Delaware (1985) and Pennsylvania (1986).
