As a Management Consultant I have helped organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve the business performance. I have used my business skills to
provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills which the organisation may be lacking.

I am primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, corporate finance, management and operations of an organisation. I identify options for the organisation and suggest recommendations for change, as well as helping with additional resources to implement solutions.

I operate across a wide variety of services such as business strategy, marketing, financial (mostly corporate finance) and management controls, human resources, information
technology, e-business and operations, and supply-chain management.

I follow a partnership approach the company owners I work with by focusing and improving on operating behaviors and habits, which in turn drive financial results.
