Hi, I’m Shalitha Madhuwantha, a student at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, passionate about cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and programming. My ICT journey officially began in 2020, but my curiosity for technology goes back to 2015, when I started exploring electronics and robotics with Arduino, NodeMCU, and Raspberry Pi.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with multiple domains—mobile and desktop application development, web development, server-side management, and security research. Through this exploration, I realized that my true passion lies in hacking and network security, where I continuously learn, test, and push boundaries to better understand how systems work and how to protect them.

As part of my cybersecurity journey, I have conducted security research and responsibly reported vulnerabilities affecting platforms and organizations including Microsoft, KodeKloud, Hutch Sri Lanka, and others.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology at Rajarata University while building my skills in penetration testing, vulnerability research, and exploit development. My goal is to shape a career in network security and ethical hacking, turning my passion into impact.

Alongside my academic journey, I’ve also been involved in activities beyond tech. I earned a Gold Star Award from the Sri Lanka Scout Association in 2013, which shaped my discipline and leadership at an early stage. Later, I also took part in the Western Province Shotokan Karate Championship in 2016, an experience that strengthened my focus, resilience, and competitive spirit—qualities I now carry into my cybersecurity path.
