Sylvia Halpert

Hi, I’m Sylvia! I’m a teacher working in the Coquitlam School District (SD43). I have recently returned to TTOC after being on mat leave for the past year (I can't believe I have an almost one year old!) I have a background in Cognitive Systems specializing in Psychology.

I love to travel (my picture consists of me in my second home - Wroclaw, Poland), scrapbook, dance, junk journal, game, and read (and, of course, eating ice cream).

I am curious how I can use data to better inform my teaching practice. I love looking at patterns and considering data points to determine things that are being done well and things that might be missing. I am curious to see what I can learn from this course!
