Shama Lalani

Shama Lalani, solicitor and law graduate, was born in Essex in 1991. Following her formal education, Ms Lalani moved to London to study Law at King’s College London. This institution was chosen for being one of the most prestigious law schools in the UK, and its close proximity to prominent law buildings in the capital of England. These include the Law Society, Royal Courts of Justice and Inns of Court, all of which are just a stone’s throw away from King’s College London. The university also has some of the best legal research resources in the UK, located in Maughan Library.

Outside her legal work, Shama Lalani is a fitness enthusiast, running several miles each morning and maintaining a balanced and healthy diet. Ms Lalani enjoys planning new routes for her daily run that will encompass new sights and experiences while keeping her fit.

The arts are an important part of the life of Shama Lalani, solicitor. She regularly attends plays, musicals and the opera. Ms Lalani also has a love of the visual arts, including painting and sculpture, and likes to visit museums and art galleries in her spare time. Her passion for the arts has led her to experiment with painting as a hobby, working with a range of materials including watercolours and oil paints.

Ms Lalani has played the piano since she was a little girl and still enjoys learning new pieces, ranging from classical melodies to the latest hits from the stage and big screen.
