Shambhu

I’m Shambhu — a guitarist, composer, and sonic storyteller whose music bridges jazz, new age, and acoustic serenity. My journey began at age seven with a guitar in hand and a deep curiosity for melody. Over the years, that curiosity evolved into a lifelong devotion: discovering how music can open the heart, quiet the mind, and connect us to something deeper.

I’ve recorded ten albums and EPs, along with several singles that have reached listeners worldwide — including regular airplay on SiriusXM Spa68, Echoes Radio, One World Music Radio, New Age Notes, and streaming platforms across the globe. My latest albums, Transcendence and Reflections, explore the spacious world of guitar-forward New Age jazz — blending acoustic guitars, ambient textures, and heartfelt improvisation.

Before becoming known as Shambhu, I spent over two decades in public relations — helping innovators, artists, and startups tell their stories. That experience shaped how I approach music today: with intention, clarity, and a wish to uplift every listener.

What inspires me most is connection — to nature, to spirit, and to one another. Whether I’m composing, recording, or performing live with looping pedals and guitars, I aim to create a peaceful sanctuary through sound… a place where the heart can breathe.
