My name is Shamir Maldonado, alias "Hollywood" and I'm 19 years old. I grew up in Ponce, Puerto Rico, but I moved to Humacao and actually I'm studying a major in Applied Physics to Electronic and a 2nd concentration in Microbiology. Also, I'm undergraduate researcher at Partnership for Research and Education in Materials (PREM). After college graduation, I want to pursue graduate studies in the School of Medical Sciences and UPR Río Piedras. Then, I will be moving to the United States to get my doctoral degree in Materials Science with concentration in Nanotechnology.
