I am the Digital Director of Dual Franchise Dealership. We are a Ford and Chevrolet Dealership. We also are one of the largest Used Car Dealer in Alabama.

I am Actively involved with all facets of Automotive e-Commerce, including inventory management, website, online marketing and inventory feeds, key metrics measurement, sales processes, ILM and CRM management, and strategic direction and implementation.

Handle all digital aspects of a 74-year-old retail automotive dealership using the internet and through traditional advertising channels. This includes websites, social media (ie: Facebook, twitter etc.), reviews, press releases and blogging plus more.

Specialties: Internet marketing, Internet Process Management, Online Reputation Management, Contract Negotiation, Marketing Integration, Customer Relations Management, BDC's, and Staff Recruiting.

Work with ownership and senior management on digital marketing strategies, lead management, sales process, web development, new technology initiatives, inventory management and vendor management.
