MARK B SHANAFELT

I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2012, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Throughout college I have supported myself and have gained a great deal of life experience and independence. I have held a part time job since high school. Most of my work experience has been in customer service. Customer service has been a great atmosphere for me; I thrive on meeting interesting strangers on a daily basis.

One of my favorite things to do is socialize; I feel that my success in the customer service field is a direct result of the social skills I have acquired over my lifetime. I love people and have a goal to make at least one person laugh every day. So far, mission accomplished.
