She specializes in resturant and operations management, employee recruitment and training - managing the opening of some of Le Pain Quotidien's most marquee locations in on the East Coast.
Over the last 7 years, Shandy has been heavy handed in the emerging whole food culinary and coffee scene, helping establish many influential eateries across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Shandy was born and raised in Severna Park, Maryland and attended Manhattan Marymount College. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her two amazing cats, loves to craft, and dreams about the sound of the ocean.
