Shane Albers

Mr. Shane C. Albers is a Founder of Investors Mortgage Holdings Inc. and its Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to April 20, 2011. Mr. Albers is responsible for the strategic positioning of the Investors Mortgage and the loan portfolio and also the author of corporate underwriting standards and loan administrative policy of Investors Mortgage. He joined Investors Mortgage Holdings Inc. in 1997. He is a licensed mortgage broker with over fourteen years of lending, underwriting and title experience. Mr. Albers provides philanthropic support for the following organizations; United Way Tocqueville Society, Brophy College Preparatory School Alumni Scholarship Fund, Habitat for Humanity, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Make a Wish Foundation, The Smile Train, Arizona Human Society and St. Mary's Food Bank. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the lending and underwriting industry.He serves as Director of Investors Mortgage Holdings Inc. Mr. Albers serves as a Member of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Social Venture Partners, Arizona Private Lenders Association, Vistage International, TEC International, Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Finance Forum. He served as a Director of Metro Phoenix Bank Inc. Mr. Albers serves as Keiretsu Forum Resources Panel Member. Mr. Albers is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and communications.
