I like to fight, jump out of airplanes, ride my motorcycle and play hockey. If I was stranded on an island... I couldn't live without music!

In all my years as a martial artist I have accomplished so many things. I am a fifth degree Black Belt in the art of Japanese Jiu Jitsu, I have an extensive background in Boxing and Kickboxing. I have competed on the regional, provincial and national circuit. And since retirement from physical competition I have focused my energy into operating one of Niagara's most recognized martial arts studio.
