Shane Young is a first year undergraduate student at Texas Tech University. He is currently in the Rawls College of Business with the intention of earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Energy Commerce. One thing he has always been interested in is the oil and gas industry and how it functions as a whole. Shane is self-motivated and a hard worker that takes learning new skills very seriously. He believes his drive to succeed and willingness to help others is a key factor in reaching his goals. Shane has developed essential communication and leadership expertise through volunteering and community service.
