An experienced design and marketing professional in Atlanta, Shane Dobes founded and has served as designer at Agency A3 since 2008. Shane Dobes began his career in the graphic design industry in 1999 when he joined Turner Studios as an editing assistant and tape operator. His work entailed overseeing a tape room and manipulating logos, copy, and graphics. Quickly advancing with the studio, he became an editor in 2003 and a graphic operator in 2005. Dobes freelance experience includes graphic design for the Trinity School and the Speech School of Gala, and design and media consulting services to Fetch! Pet Care of Atlanta.

In the film industry, Shane Dobes has served as creator, videographer, and producer for The Children of Cachura, a film about a medical trip to Peru, for TBS Superstation. This film earned an Emmy nomination for Best Videographer and won an Emmy for Best Documentary in 2003.

Shane Dobes holds a bachelor of arts in film and in English from Georgia State University and has completed advanced training in new media and graphic design at the Portfolio Center. Active with a number of professional organizations, he serves as a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, the American Institute of Graphic Design, and the Atlanta Marketing Association. He has volunteered with a number of charitable organizations, including Flying Doctors of America, the Atlanta Speech School, and the Atlanta Human Society.
