Shane Hughes

I was born and raised in Loudon, TN, and I am proud to still call it my home. After graduating from Loudon High School in 1999, I attended the University of Tennessee and earned my degrees in Communications and Business Administration in 2003. After college, I worked briefly for the Airport Authority and did some independent consulting. I was fortunate enough to find Malibu Boats just the road from me in December of 2004, and I have been there ever since as a Product Development and Engineering Team Member where I work with some of the industry's most talented and well-respected individuals.
