Hi anyone interested to learn about me! If you are reading this I have likely spoken to you about an energy, heating, cooling or comfort problem. I like to have and update my bio here so people can get to know myself and our company better.
I'm a Comfort & Energy advisor and also installation supervisor for Climate Partners. I've been in sales or customer service for 18 years, joined the company a couple years back and truly enjoy my work and and helping clients.
Now some people say...."so you're a salesman", and yes that is also correct. I feel sometimes when people say that I get the feeling they mean the cliche used car guy. Makes me cringe. Anyway I view things pretty simple, I evaluate what a customer wants to solve their comfort issues and recommend the solution. People seem to appreciate that approach, some don't and want to cut to the chase....
THERE IS AN 800 POUND GORILLA IN THE ROOM: And his name is Price. My favorite discussion, seriously. I get calls sometimes for a "bid" or something along that line. Customer wants to know my cheapest price, usually over the phone. What do I do? Provide it, although it may be wrong without more info or guesstimate it?? A company or advisor who bids based o price alone may not be for everyone. I understand it, in almost every scenario our customers are getting information for more than one source. That is great and we encorage it. My solution, find whomever you are most comfortable with and then worry about the price.
Sounds like a recipe for being overcharged. Well, if I do my job properly and find out what you need and recommend a solution then my price should be unbeatable. Every clients scenarios are different, some are moving soon and just need a basic replacement and some are having more serious comfort issues. The price I give is guaranteed, 30 days after the sale. Shop around if you would like.
