Shane T. Frank

Shane T. Frank is an entrepreneur located in Houston, TX. He is a former corporate lawyer with many years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of Alliant Group.

AlliantGroup was founded in 2002 when Shane and several colleagues realized that a majority of small and medium-sized businesses were missing out on a crucial tax credit, the R&D credit. Shane T Frank and his colleagues set out to provide a solution to this relatively unknown issue and created the company to help entrepreneurs and business owners alike. Today the company has enjoyed over 16 years of success and employs over 600 people in a variety of backgrounds such as engineering, agriculture and software development. Their representatives have helped over 12,000 businesses claim more than $6 billion in tax incentives to which they were full entitled.

Outside of his professional responsibilities Shane T Frank dedicates much of his spare time to the Frank Family Foundation. This fund was established by his family to help local aspiring entrepreneurs achieve success. As a part of this initiative, Shane gifted funds to his alma mater, the University of Texas at Austin, for the Leonard Eichner Endowed Presidential Scholarship, which is a scholarship fund Shane created to honor his grandfather.
