I am a Chief Information Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Educator and fractional CFO leading secure cloud modernization, financial engineering, and marketing initiatives across business sectors.

A former Vice Principal and Director of Special Education with over 30 years in leadership and business education, I design intelligent platforms that integrate cloud architecture, financial reporting and modern infrastructure. I provide QuickBooks-based accounting, monthly close workflows, budgeting, financial forecasting, marketing, and AI-powered analytics to clinics, nonprofits, and enterprises.

Through Elevate AI Solutions, I develop machine learning pipelines and automation systems for public safety, land digitization, and healthcare intake. I also lead Vista Insurance & Financial Services, helping small businesses streamline bookkeeping, payroll, and insurance with digital tools.

Via Merge Marketing & Design Studio, a creative agency, I focus on eye popping commercials, digital campaigns, and quantitative marketing for brands and innovative ventures.

I am also an executive producer and co-founder with Jawbone Hill Theatre, a nonprofit performance company, where I manage operations, prepare financials, and help produce original stage works and educational tours.

In parallel, I manage a growing multifamily real estate portfolio focused on industrial and build-for-rent communities, all aligned with my mission of digital sovereignty and economic resilience.

I have a M.S. in Data Science (Dec 2025) and a M.Ed. in Education. I am also an award winning video producer with a B.A. in Communication Arts (TV/Film). In Spring 2026, I will begin the MBA program at the University of La Verne and desire to study law as well.

I am a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and the Digital Cinema Society.
