Since joining the oil and gas industry in 2005, She has acquired experience performing market research and analysis, strategic planning and execution, integrated marketing communications, content development, organizational change management and internal communications. Congruent studies at the University of Houston have also helped strengthen her understanding of public relations, business development and economics.
She has spent the past four years managing marketing and communications for both deepwater and unconventional resource market segments. Responsibilities include collaborating across target regions and product lines to understand the voice of the customer, identify and prioritize integrated product solutions, position these offerings within the marketplace, and develop a consistent content platform to guide sales, marketing and internal communications efforts.
Key contributions include supporting the development and implementation of the unconventional resources service strategy, formulating a big-picture vision and roadmap to deliver these services to the customer, and communicating that vision internally to drive others towards a common goal.
