Shanna Mcclain

I’m a PhD Candidate living in Illinois. I research how to improve international response to natural and man-made disasters, as well as disaster resilience and adaptation to climate change. My research is focused on multilevel governance, particularly in international river basins with a focus on European River basins, including the Danube and Rhine basins, and the Tisza sub-basin. My hobbies include scuba diving, art collection and improving my ability to speak Spanish and German.
