Health Science Doctor, licensed mental health therapist, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon
I am a licensed and board-certified psychotherapist with nearly two decades of experience across healthcare and mental health settings. I hold a Doctorate in Health Science and a CACREP-accredited master’s degree in counseling, along with national credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). I am also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
I am licensed in California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada, and I provide virtual therapy to clients residing in Pacific Time Zone states. My work focuses on neurodivergence, trauma, attachment, and complex relational dynamics, particularly among high-functioning adults seeking depth, clarity, and sustainable change.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in attachment theory, epigenetics, and person-centered care. I am certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and am committed to inclusive, thoughtful, and individualized treatment that supports long-term well-being.
