Vice President of Asset Management for SECO Development, Shannon Jallow offers experienced asset management and investment analysis. An entrepreneur with a background in business, Shannon Jallow brings an in-depth knowledge of the industry to her work with SECO Development. While working in the commercial real estate industry, she operated her own business, PS Yogurt in Mesa, Arizona, for several years and is a mother of two teen boys. In 2001 she joined CBRE in Phoenix and eventually joined West Valley Properties before moving back to Seattle, WA in 2015. Over the years Shannon has managed over 8 million square feet of commercial real estate.

In her current position, Shannon Jallow is responsible for the operation of the company's real estate portfolio consisting of over 2.4 Million SF including Southport’s Urban Mixed-Use Campus including Retail, Class A Office, Luxury Hotel and Multi-family properties.

To stay informed of significant changes in the real estate industry, Shannon Jallow maintains membership in several professional associations, including the Building Owners and Managers Association International and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Additionally, she holds a Designated/Managing Broker License with Washington state and remains licensed through the Arizona Department of Real Estate. To advance her professional skills in the commercial real estate industry, she is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and serves on the board of directors for the local Chamber and other associations, working on planning, policy, and legislative initiatives. Mentoring is close to her heart and advocating for diversity and inclusion across all business sectors.
