Hello! I am Shannon Millard, a 20 year old photographer based out of beautiful Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. I have always loved photography since I was young, taking snapshots left and right, always having my camera in tow. I am highly motivated by the fact that there is so much beauty in the world to capture. It's what waits in front of my lens that makes this all worth doing.
I am a Junior at Central Michigan University studying Photojournalism. I am currently photo editor at Grand Central Magazine (GCmag.org), a staff photographer for CM-Life, and the lead photo intern for Special Olympics. I also have a couple jobs that do not include photography. I am a student employee at Special Olympics Michigan in the accounting department and I babysit on Fridays! I keep a very busy schedule but I enjoy working hard.
