I was nerdy as a child. I was passionate, too.

I remember starting my first website in fifth grade and waking up early to write blogs on it regularly. Not much has changed, except that I now have a Communications degree and an undeniable desire to turn my early passion into a fulfilling career.

How can I be so sure? I enjoyed creating brand images before I realized it could be a career choice. When I meet anyone and learn of their business objectives, my brain instantly lights up with ideas on how to best represent their company online, in print, on television and wherever else they want to be.

As a recent graduate, I don’t have much experience writing in a “professional” setting, but I take what I do (for myself and others) behind my computer at home as seriously as I would for the most prominent company in the world.

It’s not just about being a word artist. It’s having creative vision. Now all I need is a chance.
