I’m an American-Canadian consultant with a passion for community impact.

As a manager at Accenture Strategy, I help organizations put customers at the center of their business. Whether I’m setting the future customer vision with a utility, listening to hotel guests’ complaints for service improvements, or traveling across the country to discover what makes high tech salespeople successful, I find customer-based issues fascinating and pertinent.

I spend every other waking moment growing Community Seed, a collection of volunteer professionals who provide pro-bono consulting and professional services to non-profits. Since founding Community Seed, I have led my team in delivering 2,500 professional hours to registered Canadian charities.

During the summer, I am almost always on two wheels, either cycling or driving my black Vespa. I love triathlons, skiing (every winter since I was 4!), photography, and my culinary arts classes.
