For the past 20 years, I have helped to build some of the strongest brands around—like Whole Foods Market, USAA, and The Fiesta Bowl. I am finally turning my efforts to building my own brand: Shannon Brewing Company.

I am passionate about great beer—all natural, beautiful, wholesome, easy-drinking beer! My beers are based on recipes developed in Ireland by my great grandfather. I have a profound commitment to these traditional Irish recipes; meaning I will consistently seek out the finest natural ingredients to be incorporated into our “old-school” brewing process.
