Shannon De Leon

Shannon has worked in various areas within the Human Capital/Human Resource arena. From partnering with leaders to ensure a company is developing their employees, advising in areas of risk mitigation and managing the day to day operations of a global professional services firm, there is little that hasn't come her way. She now focuses her efforts on helping individuals manuver their way through career planning, the interview process and all the details in between. Shannon's most recent corporate experience was with Seabury, a small, global professional services firm. Prior to Seabury, Shannon worked with the Human Resouces team at Bain & Company.
