Shannon Miller-Lutz

I moved to Maryland in 1986 to attend college and have lived in Montgomery, Prince Georges and Howard Counties. I have 20+ years experience in
Real Estate related fields. After graduating from U of M College Park I became
an assistant manager at an apartment complex, then went on to become a loan processor for a mortgage company and eventually a loan originator. After years of watching all the home shows on HGTV, I realized that my heart is in Real Estate and became an Agent and Stager. With a background in the arts, as well as growing up in the household of a painter, I have a great eye for detail and creativity. My first year, I was Rookie of the Year, and that validated my decision to make the move! I am also Howard County Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year 2009.
