Shannon (Marie) Baker

I am 41 years old and been married since 1995, many years! I have been with my husband since I was 19 years old. When I was 30 when I finally had our first and only son. He is my world! That is where my being a mother and teacher comes into play. It took us 11 long years to finally have our sweet boy, who by the way is as tall as me now! He's 11 years old now! It's funny how life works sometimes, because I gave up finally about having a child and I was done thinking about it. Then I decided to lose a little bit of weight and well I lost a lot in 3 months and boom by Christmas Eve I found out I was pregnant. I almost crapped my pants and swore the test was wrong. I bought 5 more and I took them as well as made a friend take one, we knew she couldn't get pregnant because she had a tubal. Her test was negative, so I knew I was pregnant, then terrified LOL pregnancy was traumatizing for me. I won't go into that though.

I would love to brag and say how educated I am from graduating high school or going to college. But we don't all have the same opportunities people always say are there. I'm not making excuses and honestly I know what I need to know! I make money using the internet, I have and own several sites, have my own hosting and domain sites where I sell both. I have been doing things online to earn an income for years, as far back as 1999. I know long time, right?

I'm still doing all the stuff online to earn and I love using the internet to learn new things too! I use Khan Academy, W3Schools and several other sites to educate myself. I can design a site in HTML and PHP, not full PHP though. I can edit and write some CSS, but I hate it! I like HTML, I learned old skool! lol When I first started to learn how to do HTML I would view other peoples sources. Honestly figuring out how to view the sources was an accidental right click on the page. Then viewing what each thing was. The computer and internet came natural to me, like I should have always had a computer. I can take one a part and replace parts, change OS, install drivers, lots of things. Computers are fun! My son knows everything just about that I know as well! Oh but he doesn't know about databases, I haven't gotten into that yet. I can pick one apart and put it back together on another server. I have had to do this cause my site got messed up and I had to manually insert each table back into the database. I NEVER Claim to be a PRO though!
