I am an educator, collaborator and life long learner with a continually evolving teaching philosophy. I am passionate about the need to build a safe, inclusive community where both students and teachers can develop the mindset that allows mistakes and growth. I know that students learn best when they feel engaged, appreciated and successful. I am committed to doing this by integrating student choice, technologies and research based best practices into my teaching. I believe that as educator, we must take a collective responsibility for the success of every student.
