Shanoy Coombs is a decade rich communication specialist with local and international expertise spanning various industries in different sectors including public, private and NGOs.

Shanoy Coombs has worked for international organizations including United Nations’ Food and Agriculture organization for Jamaica, The Bahamas, and Belize. She has also worked for European Union.

Shanoy Coombs has also worked with several private sector companies in different industries including mainstream advertising, telecommunications, finance, sports, technology, energy, health insurance, and manufacturing.

Shanoy Coombs has served as Communication Chairperson for the United Nations Communication Group Jamaica and she provided oversight for joint United Nations activities in Jamaica that require communication support as a part of the One UN Strategy.

Shanoy Coombs is also a member of the International Social Marketing Association and Communication Initiative Global network.

Shanoy Coombs is also a former head girl, University Valedictorian nominee, and Prime Minister Youth award for excellence nominee and winner of the principal scholarship for excellence at the University of the West Indies, Mona.
