I work as Director - Learning Design & Development with Philips University, a division of Philips.

Before this I was VP & Chief Learning Designer for Tata Interactive Systems, a company dedicated to online learning solutions for clients worldwide for the last 20 years.

I have extensive experience in learning technologies and frequently consult with learning and enablement organizations in several countries. I have eclectic tastes and interests. I am a film and TV buff, avid reader, and love old Hindi film songs. I sing lead for an amateur Bangla band - Khandattwo. I follow international economics and politics closely and am an all round news junkie. I also love food and am very adventurous in trying new cuisines and dishes. Needless to say, I can afford to lose a few kilos. I am active on social networks and tweet and post on Facebook regularly, usually on matters of social interest, sports, education and learning.
