I think my brand can bring more customers to employers because the computer configurations do not have much difference camparing to other gaming laptops and the prices are cheaper than other brands.

The threat of my brand is other famous brands such as Dell Alienware, Samsung gamer 7 series or ASUS's, they made a good impressions in customers' minds especially for Alienware, customers are attracted by it due to its outstanding configurations and cool appearance. Therefore, when customers choose gaming laptops, they give priority to purchase these well-known brands.

I think the opportunity is promoting my brand is when a new large game came out. Because lots of players' computer can not run this game very well, as a result, they want to buy a better computer but worry about their new computer can not run it very well neither. Therefore, this game should be downloaded before the promotion. During promotion, I will allow these customers to experience the game on my different types of laptops. If the laptop satisfied them, they may have a higher change to buy it. In addition, I will use trail pricing when doing promotion, such as lower the price of 18 inches laptop from $ 1899 to $1799, when the amount of sales reach my expectation within a certain period, I will rise the price to original one.

My strength is like analysing the products or situations before making a decision,My weakness is sometimes too cautious so that I missed some good chances but im trying to overcome it and can grasp the chance.
